The content of this course or any course taught by Laura Patricia Lara / LALA BLUSH LLC and her team cannot under any circumstances be copied, duplicated, distributed, or described without prior authorization. The course content and its techniques aim to teach professionals how to use existing means to achieve results similar to those of the tutor, but exact precision or equality of results cannot be guaranteed. It is essential that the student follows the course teachings with great skill in order to obtain the best results. Laura and her team are not by any circumstances responsible for any intercurrent before, during, or after the procedures made by this course, and are not responsible for (students) professionals' carelessness or for their clients' carelessness. Professionals and students that take this course are fully responsible for the procedures they do or any intercurrent that may happen by not following all the guidelines necessary to securely perform the aesthetic camouflage. I understand that the images of the course could be used as publicity and for campaigns, and I do consent to the use of my image for those purposes.
This course does not promise identical results, this course will teach you how to use the same techniques, equipment, and supplies necessary to obtain such results, however, variations can always occur due to factors external to the methodology. This course does not provide permission or licenses to work in the area of tattooing, this must be checked with the responsible local authority along with its health department regulations to obtain if necessary. All images and text present in the presentations, handouts, or chat referring to the procedure and technique of camouflage during the course or on all LALA BLUSH LLC social media platforms are protected by intellectual rights and copyright, unauthorized copying, use, or distribution will be processed in force of the laws and protection of property rights of The United States and (HIPPA).
-I understand that I will not be allowed to give any type of training in the subjects taught by LALA BLUSH LLC for a total of 15 months after the end of my training date and that I must obtain all legal credentials needed in my state if desired to do so.
-I understand that I may not open a studio/business within 25 miles of any LALA BLUSH LLC owned location such as the PRETTY INK STUDIOS.
-I Understand that my deposit is a retainer fee & it is Non-Transferable or refundable and that the total amount of the course must be paid before or in the beginning of the training/class first scheduled start date.
*All payments done with Credit Card, Debit Card, International Wire transfer, PayPal must be completely paid (the total remaining value), 4 weeks prior to your course day and there will be an Extra charge fee of %8.25 if paid with credit card. Zelle and Direct Deposit Payments could be paid 48 hours before your class day.
